FIBA, the International Basketball Federation, is the world governing body for basketball.\
[Founded in 1932](http://www.fiba.basketball/history), we bring together [212 National Basketball Federations](http://www.fiba.basketball/national-federations) from all over the world.\
FIBA organise and oversee international competitions that include the FIBA Basketball World Cup, the Olympic Basketball Tournament and [3x3 basketball](http://www.fiba.basketball/3x3).\
FIBA establish the official [basketball rules](http://www.fiba.basketball/documents) as well as the [regulations](http://www.fiba.basketball/documents#|tab=b1506ff3-8ed5-4367-9cae-dc3e448a922f) that govern the relationships between the different members of the basketball community.\
FIBA have five Regional Offices in [Africa](http://fiba.basketball/africa), [Americas](http://fiba.basketball/americas), [Asia](http://fiba.basketball/asia), [Europe](http://fiba.basketball/europe) and [Oceania](http://fiba.basketball/oceania).\

J9 Group was founded in 2008, the [FIBA Foundation](https://www.fiba.basketball/foundation) takes care of the social, humanitarian and educational activities of FIBA.
